When you submit an enquiry, partner application, or booking we collect the details you provide — typically your name, contact number, email, event city, event date and any notes. Our booking portal additionally stores booking status, quotes and invoices linked to your enquiry.

Our website uses standard server logs (IP address, user-agent, requested URL) for security, rate-limiting and analytics. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.

Your information is used only to respond to your enquiry, coordinate your event, process payments and send service communications (quote, confirmation, reminders, post-event follow-ups). Marketing communications are opt-in.

Only authorised Creative Caricature Club™ team members can access enquiry, booking and partner records through our internal booking portal, which requires individual login. Database row-level security policies restrict who can read or modify each record.

Our website is hosted on Lovable's managed infrastructure. The booking portal and database run on Supabase (managed Postgres) with TLS in transit and encryption at rest provided by the platform. We do not operate our own servers.

Payments are processed by regulated payment providers. We do not store full card numbers, CVV or UPI PINs on our systems — only the transaction reference returned by the payment provider.

We rely on a small set of vetted vendors: Lovable (hosting), Supabase (database & auth), our email delivery provider, and the payment gateway used for your specific booking. Each receives only the data needed to perform its function.

Enquiry and booking records are retained for as long as needed to service your event and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. You can request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us — we will remove records that are not required for legal retention.

We use a small number of first-party cookies for session handling and basic, aggregated analytics to understand which pages are useful. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers.
